The Courses
There are four courses total in Does it Pencil training. All four are available for immediate delivery in the online format. Course 1 + Course 2 are taught together on Zoom and at live events or they can be taken individually in the online format. There are also free sample courses for each course.
A Complete Learning Model
Does it Pencil courses are specifically designed for adult learners. Each course focuses on teaching a set of skills, and each course includes access to its Alumni Center after the course. Alumni Centers host additional videos, practice problems, handouts, and audio downloads to help alumni practice and build their mastery of the Does it Pencil tools and skills. All of this is included in the tuition.
The Certified Real Estate Analyst Designation
Students who complete Course 1 + Course 2 are eligible to take the national standards exam and receive the Certified Real Estate Analyst designation.
The Weekly Webinar
Each Friday morning at 9:00 am PST, we host the Does it Pencil webinar. It’s a one hour session designed to introduce you to Does it Pencil It’s free and all of the webinars are recorded. You can visit them at the Webinar page.

The Benchmarks Course
