THE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

The Does it Pencil Introductory Session is designed to:

* Show you to the Does it Pencil Methodology,
* Introduce you to a discussion about money and wealth,
* Teach you the most vital skill you need to measure appreciation returns.

The Introductory Session is an education session, not a sales session.   It’s a combination of group discussion, lecture, and problem solving.

REAL ESTATE
This Session will focus on the real estate applications of the tools and skills. Joe will present this via an actual MLS listing on a small investment property.

CALCULATOR APP
To attend the Session, you need to get an HP 10BII financial calculator or phone app. Links for the app will be sent to you with a couple of short videos. Please watch these BEFORE the Session.
